微系统与太赫兹研究中心专职科研人员招聘启事

中物院微系统与太赫兹研究中心（Microsystem & Terahertz ResearchCenter,简称微太中心）,诚聘专职科研人员1-2名。

招聘要求

• 申请人应具有在国内外知名大学或研究所取得的物理，化学，或材料相关的博士学位。如在国内获得博士学位，需本科、硕士、博士均毕业于“985”高校。如申请副研究员或特聘研究员职位，应具有博士后研究经历或国（境）外工作经历；
  
  

2. 申请人应具有材料计算和数值模拟的经验,至少熟练掌握一种基于DFT的第一性原理计算方法；有以下方面研究经验的将会优先考虑：

（1）基于材料基因方法的高性能材料设计与筛选

（2）复杂多元半导体材料的新奇物理现象

（3）光电材料的理论研究与设计

（4）辐射对材料和器件性质的影响

（5）储能材料的设计与优化

（6）表面及界面对材料性质的影响

（7）材料的激发态和量子动力学研究

3. 良好的英文交流和写作能力；

4. 不超过40周岁；

5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队意识；

6. 录取后申请人最初1~2年将在国际知名半导体物理专家、国家“千人计划”入选者、北京计算科学研究中心魏苏淮教授团队（http://www.csrc.ac.cn/en/people/faculty/154.html)开展研究工作，系统地从原子角度、微观、介观、到宏观研究先进结构与功能材料的基础科学问题；之后将回到四川省成都市中物院微太中心第一性原理计算组，依据承担的项目和任务进行研究工作。

Announcement of Recruitment of ResearchTalent

(Microsystem & Terahertz Research Center(MTRC), CAEP)

We warmly welcomeoutstanding talents from home and abroad to join Microsystem & TerahertzResearch Center (MTRC), CAEP at Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

Qualifications:

1.Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree majoring in physics, chemistry ormaterial sciences-related disciplines. The domestic Ph.D. candidates should havereceived all his/her Bachelor, Master and PhD Degrees from universities of “985Project”. Post-doctoral or other research experiences are highly preferred.

2.The candidates should have strong background in computational material sciencesusing first-principles density functional theory (DFT). The candidates willreceive preference if he/she is familiar with the following research fields:

(1).High throughput material design and screening basedon material genomy techniques.

(2).Novel physics of complex multi-component semiconductor materials

(3).Theoretical research and design of optoelectronic materials

(4).Effect of radiation on material and device properties

(5)Design and optimization of energy storage materials

(6)Effect of surface and interface on material properties

(7)Excited states and quantum dynamics of materials

3.The candidates should be fluent in both oraland written English;

4.The candidates should be under the age of 40;

5.The candidates should have good communication skills and like working in a team;

6.After admission, the candidate will spend the first1~2 years conducting research work in Beijing with Prof. Su-Huai Wei’s group fromBeijing Computational Science Research Center (CSRC, http://www.csrc.ac.cn/en/people/faculty/154.html),where he/she will systematically study the basic scientific issues of advancedstructural and functional materials from atomic, microscopic, mesoscopic, andmacroscopic perspectives. After that, he/she is going to join the MTRCfirst-principle calculation group in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and do researchworks according to the requirements of the projects undertaken.

ABOUTMTRC

Microsystem & Terahertz Research Center(MTRC) is established in 2014, its predecessor is Terahertz Research Centerfounded in 2011. Now MTRC is an open research institute under the auspices ofthe Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP) located in Yinhe596 S&TCampus of Chengdu.

MTRC now have more than120 permanent academic staff, visiting staff and students, including members ofthe Chinese Academy of Sciences, professor of Thousand Talents Program,professors of Thousand Talents Plan of Sichuan Province, excellent post-doctorsand more than 60 Ph.D. researchers. MTRC also has participating member researchgroups from CAEP. MTRC is attracting talents worldwide and building anoutstanding research institute which will be over 500 members by the year of2020.
