1. Intern, Human Resources (Beijing)
BriefDescription of Assignment:
-Support all works related toDaimler Vocational Training, especially Daimler Star Education project
-All kinds of paper work such as contractdrafting, translating, proof reading
-Communicate with DSE projectschools and other departments of company
-All kinds of administrative worksincluding travel reimbursement ,stationary order, file sorting, trainingmaterials preparation etc.
Qualification Requirement:
-Positive attitude anddetail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility
-Excellent communication andcoordination skills
-Decent MS-Office skills and goodcommand of English
2. Sales Operations (Beijing)
BriefDescription of Assignment:
-DTBC direct sales contract team indaily works
-Support MPC sales admin team indaily tasks
-Support of Sales Operationsefficiency project
QualificationRequirement:
-Good communication skills
-fluent in oral and written Englishand Chinese
-Excellent Office skills
-Positive attitude
-Able to work 5 days a week, atleast 6 months
3. Supplier Quality (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Study course: Business or similar
-Good command of both written andspoken English
-The ability to work independentlyand accept responsibility
-Advanced skills in MS office
-Fluent spoken & written Germanis preferable
Taskdesignation
-Support quality methods, systemstrainings (training plan, location, keep proper record)
-Support of the department fordocumentation exchange with HR/F&C/Admin, etc
-Support of clarifying travelpolicy, staff claim policy
-Support of office related topics,e.g. office moving, seats planning•Other tasks assigned bysupervisor
4. Human Resources/ Marketing & Recruiting (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Bachelor degree or above(985universities preferred)
-Good communication both internallyand externally of the company
-Master in MS Office
-Fluent in written and spokenEnglish
-Detail oriented, logical thinkingand analytical skills
Taskdesignation
-Maintain Daimler/Mercedes-Benzintern master data
-Prepare intern check-in documentand conduct the new comer orientation
-Prepare intern’s payroll documentsand internship certificates
-Keep internal materials and followup the signature process for internal documents
-Provide consultation for internsand Business Units on internship issues
-Support the internship managementteam for intern recruitment
-Support project and other works assignedby supervisor
5. CEO Office (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Bachelor degree or above
-Strong and active in communication
-Careful and patient
-Good command of Microsoft Office,especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Fluent English both in written andoral
Taskdesignation
-Support on monthly report:Generate report system and consolidate into templates
-Support on team administrationrelated issues
-Support on new-comer orientationpreparation
-Support on team and ad-hocrequirements
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
6. IT Retail Operation (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Bachelor degree or above,postgraduate student is preferred
-Fluent English, both oral andwritten
-Proficient in MS Office,especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Detail-oriented, proactive andwilling to learn
-Ability to handle multiple taskssimultaneously in a multi-cultural working environment

7,IT Partnership & Trend researcher (Beijing)
BriefDescription of Assignment:
-Take a key role om the ITInnovation Lab for technology development
-Responsible  to co-create concepts with the team and tofind ways to realize concepts by building design prototypes
-Responsible for research ,communicate and promote trends
QualificationRequirement:
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office
-Strong interest and experienced innewest technologies
-Good skills and experience userdesign and user experience of web applications and other areas
-Good skills in conceptual design,2D design and 3D design
-Good language skills in Englishand Chinese a must
-Ability to work fulltime for sixmonth and five days per week
8. Customer Assistant Center (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Automobile background is preferred
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Ability of reading and writing ofEnglish report
-Ability of translate IT relatedreport into English
Taskdesignation
-Develop training plan and trainingmaterial to call center agents
-Instruct basic vehicle structureknowledge to call center agents
-Get training from Truck trainerand repeat basic MB brand basic knowledge to the agents
-Assist MB Truck trainer makingquestions focus on basic vehicle structure, MB product information, basicmaintenance information etc.
-Assist CAC manager make Callcenter analyzing report, office admin work
9. Procurement (Beijing)
BriefDescription of Assignment:
-Assist buyers in fulfillingpurchase task
-Responsibility covers internalcommunication with requestor and external commination with supplier
-Contract management and generaladministration work
QualificationRequirement:
-Good communication skills
-fluent in oral and written Englishand Chinese
-Excellent Office skills
-Positive attitude
