Tetra Pak has 36 market companies around the globe, and operates 40production plants for packaging materials and 6 factories for machine assembly.It has 23,540 employees and achieved in 2013 net sales of EUR 11.075 billion. TetraPak products are sold in more than 170 countries. In 2013, the companydelivered 178.4 billion packages for 77.97 billion liters of liquid foodproducts to consumers in the world.

The company’s tenet, APackage Should Save More Than It Costs, was set by the founder of TetraPak, Dr. Ruben Rausing, at the very beginning of the company in an effort tokeep the consumption of raw materials and energy during the manufacturing anddistribution phases to the lowest level. Tetra Pak persistently follows a “4R” principle in its operations andenvironment initiatives – Renewing, Reducing, Recycling, and Responsibly,minimizing its impacts to the environment. It has developed environmentalperformance indicators (EPI) to monitor and set improvement targets forperformance in key areas.

将接受供应链运营相关部门（如生产、维修、质量、WCM-World Class Manufacturing、物流、设计等部门）的轮职以及持续的专业培训和能力培养。该项目旨在经过2-3年的培训将其培养为工厂及供应链运营的关键岗位人才, 5-6年左右成为工厂及供应链运营管理成员。

要求：

1.学士或硕士学位，机械、电气、自动化、过程控制、印刷工程、塑料加工、印刷工艺、仪器仪表、材料工程、材料成型与控制、工业工程、包装工程、热能与动力工程、给排水工程、运输工程、化学等理工科类专业。

SupplyChain Operations Trainee Program (Location: Kunshan, Hohhot)

Throughjob rotational assignments in supply chain operations related departments (e.g.Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, World Class Manufacturing, PMLogistics, Design, etc), and with continuous functional skills &competencies training, this project targets to bring up the trainee to be aqualified factory management member or supply chain operations talent after 5-6years development program.

Requirements:

Technical Trainee Program(Location: Hong Kong)

Join as aservice engineer to learn technical skills in the beginning 2 years, and thenrotate to commercial department and converting in the following 1 year to getcontinuous training. Target is to bring up the trainee to be a qualifiedtechnical management person through 4-5 development programs.
