BPZ Manufacturing Trainee Program is an early career program in BPZ (BP’s manufacturing asset in Zhuahai, Guangdong province) is to develop talent pipeline for further BP manufacturing leaders. We target at graduate students with bachelor and above degree who have the education background and strong aspiration in technical and engineering. Selected candidate will get 2 assignments during 3-year Trainee program in BPZ to gain exposure and expertise in BP manufacturing.
