职位描述:    1.  Work closely with the mentor/buddy to assist the  daily functions and goals of the store where you are assigned    与导师及店铺同事紧密合作，协助达成店铺销售目标及完成日常营运工作    2.  Work on assigned projects under the leadership of  your mentor and Area Manager    在导师及区域经理的领导下，完成指定的工作项目    3.  Learn knowledge of Retail Management, including sales  key metrics, floor supervision, people management, inventory, report writing  & analysis, etc.    学习掌握零售管理知识，包括销售绩效指标、现场管理、人员管理、库存管理及数据分析等    4.  Get familiar with different store roles and  understand the key to optimize the performance in different standing    熟知不同的店铺职能，掌握绩效优化的关键    5.  Acquire and develop management and leadership skills    学习并提高管理及领导技能    6.  Build effective relationships and alliances within  the front-line team and across the different functions in back office    与店铺及办公室同事建立并维护积极有效的人际关系
