BREMBO has 3 wholly-ownedcompanies including Brembo (Nanjing) Brake Systems Co., Ltd. , Brembo (Nanjing)Foundry Co., Ltd. and Brembo (Nanjing) Automobile Components Co., Ltd. Tobetter support the business in North China, Brembo purchased Asimco Meilian(Langfang) Co., Ltd.  66% share in 2015.Besides, Brembo owns 2 sales offices in Shanghai and Beijing and also 1 tradingCompany in Qingdao.
