Several PhD studentship positions are available in Purdue University to study cell cycle regulation in cancer biology. The lab is focusing on a key cell cycle regulator, Polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1), and its roles in chemoresistance, prostate cancer and pancreatic cancer. The major approaches include both cell biology and various mouse models. The lab has been routinely publishing on solid journals.
