招聘职位:总经理助理

工作职责:
1、负责协助部门总经理日常事务的处理,安排领导日程
Assist department general manager to deal with daily work; arrange the schedule for GM;
2、负责领导安排的各项工作的追踪、落实;
Help track and implement all the work that the leader arranged;
3、安排协调总经理参加的公司内外部会议,准备相关文件,完成会议纪要;
Arrange and coordinate meetings inside and outside BBDC that GM participated, prepare related documents, complete meeting minutes;
4、按质按量完成领导交办的书面翻译工作,对外交流时协助翻译;
Complete the translation work with high quality; help to interpret when communicate with foreigners;
5、按质按量完成领导交办的其他文书工作,对文件进行归档整理;
Complete the document work with high quality; trim the document and put on record;
6、接听业务电话、传真、收发信件及邮件;
Receive business telephone, fax; receive and send letters and emails;
7、接待来访客人及同事;
Receive guests and colleague that calling in;
8、安排商务旅行,做好预定工作;
Arrange business travel and pre booking work;
9、完成领导安排的随机工作;
Other work that GM arranged temporarily

任职资格:
1、正规大学本科及以上学历 ;
Bachelor degree or above
2、良好的中英文写作和口语表达能力;熟练使用各种办公软件;
Excellent English both in oral and written, excellent Chinese communication skills, excellent PC(Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
3、思维敏捷,独立工作能力强,工作勤奋,善于学习,有团队精神;较好的沟通、协调和文字能力;
Smart, independent work ability, diligent, good at learning, good team work, good communication, coordination and writing.
