一、Audio Engineer      

   
【Responsibilities】  
   
1、Audio algorithm R&D, including audio/voice codec and processing.  
   
2、Independently port and optimize audio signal processing algorithms to embedded fixed-point devices.  
   
3、Validate and maintain audio related code and document.  
   
   
【Requirements】  
   
1、M.S. or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable field.  
   
2、Experienced with porting and optimization of signal processing algorithms to embedded platforms.  
   
3、Good English spoken and written communication skills.  
   
4、C/C++ programming skills under Windows or Linux environments.  
   
5、Deep understanding of at least one assembly language.  

   
6、Familiar with embedded real time operating systems.  
   
7、Experienced with debugging on embedded software.  
   
8、Problem solving skills.  
   
9、Ability to work towards strict timelines.  
   
10、Promote a positive work environment in team.  
   
   
二、 Image Signal Processing Engineer  
   
【Responsibilities】  
   
1、Research and develop image signal processing algorithm, e.g. AE, AFC, AWB, Gamma-Correction, face/smile detection.  
   
2、ISP system/architecture design and verification.  
   
3、Documentation of work progress and results.  
   
   
【Requirements】  
   
1、MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major is required.  

   
2、Strong background in image signal processing.  
   
3、Project experience in ASIC/FPGA design or embedded system design are preferred.  
   
4、Must be a team player and be able to work under schedule pressure.  
   
   
三、Video Engineer  

   
   
   
【Responsibilities】  
   
1、Video codec algorithm design.  
   
2、Implemention, optimization and integration of video codec based on ARM/DSP platform.  
   
3、Documentation of work progress and results.  

   
   
【Requirements】  
   
1、MS in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major is required.  
   
2、Good understanding of one of multimedia standards, such as Mpeg4, H.263, H.264, Real Video, VC-1, FLV, AVS.  
   
3、Rich experiences of software implementation/optimization/integration on ARM/DSP or other embedded platform.  
   
4、Familiar with RTOS and embedded software design are preferred.  
   
   
   
四、Embedded software engineer  
   
【Responsibilities】  
   
1、Perform chip testing, verification, and referenced code developing.  
   
2、develop device driver software.  
   
3、Software/Hardware bring up and diagnostic.  
   
4、Create design document.  
   
   
【Requirements】  
   
1、MSEE required，In EE or related field.  
   
2、Familiar with RTOS and embedded software design；C and assembly languages.  
   
3、Experience with ARM processors is prefer.  
   
4、Know-how of LCD/Touch Panel, USB , I2C, SPI, Camera, MMC/SD, Bluetooth and Wireless is preferred.  
   
5、Good personality with open mind, learning capacity, team working spirit is needed.  
   
6、Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.  
  
五、Streaming Engineer

  
  
【Responsibilities】

  
1、Multimedia framework development.

  
2、Streaming media playback development.

  
3、File Parser/Muxer development for different multimedia format, such as MP4/AVI/MKV/RM.

  
4、Development and optimization of multimedia playback.

  
5、Documentation of work progress and results.

  
  
【Requirements】

  
1、BSEE or MSEE required，in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major.

  
2、Good understanding of multimedia file format and Streaming protocol, such as MP4/AVI/RM/MKV/FLV and RTP/RTSP/RTCP.

  
3、Familiar with RTOS and embedded software design.

  
4、Familiar with audio/video codec is preferred, such as codec design, pre and post-processing.
