1. Compliance (Beijing)
BriefDescription of Assignment:
-Support Compliance manager to dealwith internal issue and daily affairs
-Support Compliance manager to gothrough compliance consultation
-Support Compliancemanager with the interaction withother department
Qualification Requirement:
-Good ability of English skills
-Patent carefulness, goodcommunication skills
-Advanced computer skills
2.  ITManagement (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Sense of responsibility
-Attention to detail
-Good oral and written Englishskills
-Proficiency in MS Office,especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Basic SQL knowledge is preferred
Taskdesignation
-Temporarily support Scorecard projectUAT for 4 weeks
-Support the Asset-backedSecurities ( ABS ) project
-ABS documentation in regulatoryapproval process
-Data preparation and analysis
-Support in on-site audit andpayment process
3. IT Aftersales & Parts (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Fluent in Chinese and English(Written & Spoken)
-Familiar with MS Office Tools(PPT, Excel, Word, Other)
-Good communication skills
-Open minded and logic thinking andhaving sense of responsibility
Taskdesignation
-Team Management Support: teambuilding support, internal training management support, document managementsupport, meeting-minutes taking, town hall meeting preparation and etc.
-IT project support and projectdocumentation support
-Procurement or budget managementsupport
-Support for daily administrativework
-Open minded and logic thinking
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
4. Human Resources/ Marketing & Recruiting (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Bachelor degree or above(985universities preferred)
-Good communication both internallyand externally of the company
-Master in MS Office
-Fluent in written and spokenEnglish
-Detail oriented, logical thinkingand analytical skills
Taskdesignation
-Maintain Daimler/Mercedes-Benzintern master data
-Prepare intern check-in documentand conduct the new comer orientation
-Prepare intern’s payroll documentsand internship certificates
-Keep internal materials and followup the signature process for internal documents
-Provide consultation for internsand Business Units on internship issues
-Support the internship managementteam for intern recruitment
-Support project and other worksassigned by supervisor
5. CEO Office (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Bachelor degree or above
-Strong and active in communication
-Careful and patient
-Good command of Microsoft Office,especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Fluent English both in written andoral
Taskdesignation
-Support on monthly report:Generate report system and consolidate into templates
-Support on team administrationrelated issues
-Support on new-comer orientationpreparation
-Support on team and ad-hocrequirements
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
6. IT Retail Operation (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Bachelor degree or above,postgraduate student is preferred
-Fluent English, both oral andwritten
-Proficient in MS Office,especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Detail-oriented, proactive andwilling to learn
-Ability to handle multiple taskssimultaneously in a multi-cultural working environment
-Team work spirit and goodcommunication skills
-Information Technology, businessor finance background
-Basic knowledge in reportingtools, data analysis is a plus

-Meeting & video conferencearrangement, meeting minutes maintenance

7. Corporate Real Estate (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Bachelor degree or above

8. Customer Assistant Center (Beijing)
Qualificationrequired
-Automobile background is preferred
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Ability of reading and writing ofEnglish report
-Ability of translate IT relatedreport into English
Taskdesignation
-Develop training plan and trainingmaterial to call center agents
-Instruct basic vehicle structureknowledge to call center agents
-Get training from Truck trainerand repeat basic MB brand basic knowledge to the agents
-Assist MB Truck trainer makingquestions focus on basic vehicle structure, MB product information, basicmaintenance information etc.
-Assist CAC manager make Callcenter analyzing report, office admin work
