JOB DESCRIPTION
·Participation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) evaluations of companies supplying the Global Multinationals, including data collection, supporting documentation assessment and scoring.
·Participation in the development of the assessment methodology.
·Information retrieval on CSR standards and best practices (e.g. contacts withinternational organizations).
·Involvement in client training sessions to speed up internal adoption process.
·Review audit reports and related certifications and communicate with suppliers regarding required corrective actions and remediation
·Provide regular reporting on suppliers and monitoring results
·Participating in project team meetings and debriefing sessions

QUALIFICATIONS
·Postgraduate student (MEng, MSc, MBA, LL.M)) in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science or Environmental Law or corporate social responsibility or general sustainability studies background.
·Minimum 2 years of working experience.
·Proficient in written and verbal English with at least CET6 or equivalent qualification.
·Research and analytical skills with proven ability to deliver to deadlines.
·Self-starter, able to multi-task, able to follow-through with minimal supervision.
·Capacity and willingness to work in a start-up and an international environment.
·Willingness to work in a fast growing environment.

During training period, the candidate will be trainedunder EcoVadis University (Face to face Training, online modules, case study, face to facefeedback by experiencedanalysts).Once successful in the training program, the candidate willbe employed as full time CSR Analyst in our Chinese office which will be located in Shenzhen.
