Sales Trainee Program

Introduction: a 1-year training program within Industrial Lubricants in sales and related functions, aiming to grow the graduate into independent sales with solid technical knowledge.

Working Location: Guangzhou / Shangha i/ Tianjin

Position: Sales Trainee

Business Context: AIME Operating Unit in Lubricants SPU is a leading provider of premium, value-added lubricants products and services to the industrial manufacturing sector through the use of distinctive people, technology and marketing capabilities. Industrial employs 1400 people globally.The Industrial business in China is one of the key contributors to the global Industrial Lubricants & Services Performance, and is one of the key engines of growth.

Roles & Responsibilities: 　 　

ž            To achieve sales targets through retaining existing business,

ž            To implement the key account management strategy effectively

ž            To be aware of current activities in the industrial market relating to customers and competitors;

ž            To maximize business by liaising regularly with the industrial support staff

ž            To carry out all required administrative work punctually

ž            To ensure customers’ credit worthiness and prompt collection of debts.

Essential Requirements: 　 　

ž            Bachelor degree or above，major preferably in Science or Engineering discipline

ž            Good command of English in both oral and written

ž            Skilful user of Microsoft office system

ž            Internship experience in multinational company is an advantage
