项目介绍

OMLP（Operations Management  Leadership Program）, 运营管理领导能力培训项目旨在培养全球化供应链管理人才。通过两年供应链内不同职能部门挑战性的三个轮岗和GE全球标准化顶级培训，项目成员能够掌握最新供应链核心知识，全方位锻炼领导力，并能应对GE全球供应链带来的各种挑战。为项目成员在职业生涯的早期，奠定坚实的基础。

OMLP有两个培养方向，一个是生产运营，另一个是环境、健康、安全方向 ( EHS track)，在两年的项目期内都会经历3个不同的轮岗，每个轮岗为期8个月，内容涉及供应链管理的各个方面，其中生产运营方向包括：SupplyChain Management , Shop Operations， Technical等，EHStrack 方向包括一个生产运营的轮岗和两个健康，安全，环保方向 的轮岗。

岗位职责& 要求

1.      OMLP –EHS Track

Responsibility：

OMLPmembers have the opportunity to learn the entire supply chain, state of-the-artmethods of manufacturing, sourcing, and to be exposed to environment, health,and safety technical and business aspects within a business through structuredcourse work and practical application

Requirements：

Environmental,Health, Safety major or related
Good communication skills

Serious andresponsible for work

High efficiencyand passion to work

Fluentcommunication in English (CET lever 6 or above)

Good atMicrosoft office tools

2.      OMLP

Responsibility：

The GEOperations Management Leadership Program combines broad exposure to core SupplyChain and Services job assignments along with formal classroom studies.

Due to therotational nature of the Program, a member will typically complete three tofour assignments over a two-year period, each approximately six to eight monthsin length that cut across different aspects in manufacturing processes,products and services.

Program memberswill also receive applicable technical and business training to complimenttheir rotational on-the-job training.

Domesticrelocation is typically required while on program.

Typically aprogram member will have a supervisory, technical, sourcing and production /materials management assignment while on program.

Collaboratewith Assignment Leader in setting and achieving realistic and challengingoperation goals.

Plan andperform assigned tasks within the framework of areas’ schedules, budget,quality and cost constraints while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness inresults.

Demonstrateability to understand and apply operational and technical fundamentals in thebusiness environment using analytical and problem solving skills.

Developcooperation and teamwork while leading diverse groups in the development andimplementation of team goals.
Generate innovative ideas and apply change bestpractices to ensure impact of key initiatives.
Complete Technical training in areas such asContemporary Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain Management, American Production& Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification, Six Sigma. Qualitytraining with Greenbelt Certification, Environmental, Health & Safety.

Completebusiness training in topics such as Project Management, Team Leading.

Requirements：

Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering or Information Technology is preferred.

Outstandingacademic achievements (Top 25% of class) or a minimum of a 3. GPA on a 4. scaleis preferred.

Geographicflexibility and global mindset.

Strong oraland written communication skills.

Stronginterpersonal and leadership skills.

Stronganalytical and problem solving skills.

Able tocoordinate many tasks concurrently.

Strongbusiness acumen with the ability to motivate others.
