职位一:HR/ Training & Development
Basic requirements
-Must stay student identity during whole internship  
-Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week  
-Starting date ASAP
  
Qualification required
-Junior university student or above, postgraduate student is preferred
-Strong willingness to work in HR training field
-Exceptional skills in PPT and Excel
-Team work spirit and good communication skills
-Detail oriented and customer service awareness
-Proactive and eager to learn
-More than 3 months internship experience in well-known companies is preferred
  
Task designation  
-Support training course operation, including on-site support, training evaluation consolidation, etc.
-Support training projects operation, including invitation distribution, facility preparation, etc.
-Support to provide customized training solution, especially language training solution
-Team administration work, such as meeting room reservation
       
职位二:Human Resource Development
Basic Requirement: 
-Must stay student identity during whole internship 
-Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week 
-Starting date ASAP

Brief Description of Assignment:
The internship position is in Global Payroll Mnagement Team of HRD/G. Main tasks will be:
-Support to streamline the Global assignment related process, support management with presentations, support the whole team with research, document procedure, archiving and signature collection
-Support ongoing projects including shopfloor, GAM conference and GAM training sessions
-The intern will also attend regular team meetings

Qualification Requirement: 
-Fluent in both writing and oral English
-Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

职位三:Human Resource/ Marketing & Recruiting
Basic requirements
-Guarantee student identity during the whole internship 
-Guarantee a 6-month internship, 5 days per week 
-Starting date ASAP

Qualification required
-Fluent English both in written & spoken 
-Good communication skills 
-Detail-oriented, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility 
-Ability to work under pressure, multi-task 

Task designation 
-Support HR marketing event management, vendor communication, etc.
-Support offline and online employer branding promotion 
-Using SAP system to promote HR marketing’s expense and follow the procurement process
-Administrative tasks: book meeting room for supervisor, interview arrangement, and storage management, etc.
-Other works assigned by supervisor

职位四:Human Resource Marketing & Recruiting
Basic Requirement: 
-Must stay student identity during whole internship 
-Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week 
-Starting date ASAP

Brief Description of Assignment:
-Maintain Daimler intern master data
-Support the internship management team for intern recruitment
-Prepare intern check-in document and conduct the new comer orientation
-Prepare intern’s payroll documents and internship certificates
-Provide consultation for interns and Business Units when it comes to internship related issues
-File internal materials and follow up the signature process for internal documents
-Other works assigned by supervisor

Qualification Requirement: 
-Fluent English speaker and capable of using English as working language
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Detail and object oriented thinking pattern
-Ability to handle multi-tasks under high pressure
-Good communication skills with intercultural competence.
