Ÿ         Marketing Executive, China Retail

    Working Location: Hangzhou

Roles & Responsibilities: 　 　 　 　 　
1. Branding
Support to develop yearly sales and marketing plan;
Work with JV and BP Marketing team on ATL & ASP activities to drive sales performance and band building;
Support to develop VI manual and manage VI standard application and implementation;
Plan and execute initiatives for brand building and contribute to brand awareness increasing project.
2. ASP Program
Support to develop yearly ASP plan, plan and execute ASP activities and ensure the increase of business sales;
Develop promotion process and evaluation system to improve operation efficiency, conduct regular communication with site managers and territory managers to ensure marketing programmes are properly developed to meet sales target;
Work closely with agencies for marketing programmes development and POS design;
Collect non-fuels and fuels market intelligence, work with the team to jointly make recommendations to management team.

Essential Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.　 　 　　
2. Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and commercial awareness.
3. Sound understanding of economics and financials, familiarity with planning and performance management.
4.Good interpersonal communication (written & oral) and negotiation skills.
Proficient in PC skills.
