职位：博士后-无线通信新技术研究

工作地点：上海

Responsibility:

       Research in wireless communication technologies such as heterogeneous network, massive MIMO, network architecture.

       Survey and evaluation of advanced techniques for the future wireless communications

       Contribute to standardizations. Apply for patents and publish research papers.

Requirements:

       Ph.D. degree in wireless communication or related.

       Solid theoretical research background in wireless communications and networking is required. Specifically, experience in one or more of the following areas: 3GPP LTE / LTE-Advanced, WLAN (802.11) will be a plus.

       Creative & Self-motivated.

       Excellent records of publications, patents & contributions to international standardization.

       Excellent programming skills in C/C++ , Matlab or OPNET, NS2. Good understanding of SLS (system level simulation) and LLS (link level simulation)

       Fluent in oral and written English.
