Primary Responsibilities:
Assist customer with design needs:
-Select appropriate devices from TI's product portfolio
-Provide assistance from a TI applications engineer
-Provide training by offering TI's training courses
-Provide appropriate collateral such as datasheets, apps notes, samples, selection guides, etc.
Assist customer with business needs:
-What is the value of the customer's products in their market space?
-How can TI products differentiate the customer from their competition?
-Work pricing or delivery issues to meet both TI and customer goals
-Ensure TI is providing top-notch quality service
Become part of the customer's team:
-Position TI as a business partner to help the customer reach their goals
-Become networked at all levels at the customer
-Know the customer across various company disciplines
