·Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web resource.
·Help the customer prepare for the delivery of their vehicle by guiding them through getting the right electrical connection at home and to find the right electrician.
·Ensure local market conditions/requirements are taken into account when giving advice about charge points.
·Escalate matters that require senior management concurrence in a timely manner to line management.
·Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
·Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by line management.
Requirements
·Experience of electric power construction is a plus.
·Knowing the standards and regular of Electric Vehicle and the Grid very well.
·Strong ability of research and study.
·Problem-solving orientation.
·Strong team-player.
·Excellent Communication and relationship management skills, both oral and written.
·Bachelor’s Degree with a technical focus preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience in a customer-facing environment.
·Fluency in English required.
·Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities.
