职位描述:1.Work closely with the mentor/buddy to assist thedaily functions and goals of the store where you are assigned与导师及店铺同事紧密合作，协助达成店铺销售目标及完成日常营运工作2.Work on assigned projects under the leadership ofyour mentor and Area Manager在导师及区域经理的领导下，完成指定的工作项目3.Learn knowledge of Retail Management, including saleskey metrics, floor supervision, people management, inventory, report writing& analysis, etc.学习掌握零售管理知识，包括销售绩效指标、现场管理、人员管理、库存管理及数据分析等4.Get familiar with different store roles andunderstand the key to optimize the performance in different standing熟知不同的店铺职能，掌握绩效优化的关键5.Acquire and develop management and leadership skills学习并提高管理及领导技能6.Build effective relationships and alliances withinthe front-line team and across the different functions in back office与店铺及办公室同事建立并维护积极有效的人际关系
